RS Domain Name Registration
.RS (.rs Top-Level Domain) is the Domain of the highest level within DNS system, intended for registration of domain names for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
On July 8, 2006, the Registry for National Internet Domain of Serbia – RNIDS was founded by the Ministry of Science and a group of 34 organizations interested in the domain. ICANN has resolved that the former .yu domain is to be operated temporarily by the Serbian National Register of Internet Domain Names, the operators of the new .rs domain registry, until its eventual abolition on or before 30 September 2009.
Any company or individual can register their .RS domain. A Registrant can be a domestic or foreign, physical or legal person.

Registration of .rs domains within rsTLD registry is performed within the following address spaces:
- .rs intended for all interested users;
- .co.rs – The domain must be owned by a company
- .org.rs intended for all other registered organizations
- .edu.rs intended for educational institutions
- .in.rs intended for citizens of Serbia
